Daily Fortune API

Send a date and a birth date and time and get, as JSON, how that day's pillar relates to your Day Master, good hours and hours to avoid, and a lucky color, food and keyword. In Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny), every day has its own pillar of a Heavenly Stem and an Earthly Branch, and the Day Master is the Heavenly Stem of your birth day — the character that stands for you. The product is called "Today's Saju" and uses the same calculation as the "Today" card on the INTA app home screen. The same birth data and the same date always give the same result.

What it returns

• Day summary — the day pillar of the date, today's Ten Gods (the role the day plays toward you), this year's flow score, active Sinsal (symbolic stars) and whether you are in Samjae (three-year misfortune cycle) (summary)
• Today's fortune — how the day pillar relates to your Day Master, lucky color, food and keyword, good hours and hours to avoid, a suggested activity and a one-line message (omen)
• Activity fit — how well 7 kinds of activity fit the day (taskAffinity)
• Outfit and MBTI behavior patterns — only when you send a temperature or mbtiBehavior: true (fashion·mbtiBehavior)

Date and weather options

If you leave out date, it means today in Korean time. Sending temperatureC adds outfit suggestions, and adding weather and humidity also adds a one-line weather comment per time of day. If the birth time is unknown, the calculation uses noon and adds birthHour.

Pricing

Today's Saju costs ₩10 per call (excl. VAT; ₩11 incl. VAT). Only successful calls are deducted from prepaid credits; 4xx and 5xx error responses are not charged.

Store a result once you have it, and reuse it. Sending the same request again is charged again. The same birth date and time with the same options always gives the same result, so save the first response in your database (for example, keyed by a hash of the request body) and use the saved value from then on at no cost. For results that change by date, such as a daily fortune, include the date in the key and reuse the result for that day only.
