Lifetime Saju API

Send a birth date and time: the API calculates the Saju natal chart and returns, as JSON, the reading paragraphs that match the chart, grouped into 7 topics — personality, wealth, career, love, health, relationships and advice. Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) is the Korean system that reads a person from the year, month, day and hour of birth. The product is called "Lifetime Saju"; the paragraphs were written in advance with HRUM's Saju theory, so the same input always gives the same result.

All 7 topics, or just one

Leave out topic to get all 7 topics, or send one of personality, wealth, career, love, health, relationships or advice to get only that topic. Within a topic, paragraphs come in this order: day pillar, Day Master (the Heavenly Stem of the birth day) × month branch, Day Master strength, Yongsin (favorable element), Five Elements state, and Ten Gods group.

Zodiac and Zi Wei Dou Shu layers

Send layers: ["astro", "ziwei"] to add, for each topic, zodiac paragraphs (Sun, Moon and rising sign) and Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star) paragraphs (the major stars of the Life palace, and for the wealth, career, love and health topics also the major stars of the palace in charge of that topic). Without a birth time the Zi Wei Dou Shu layer is left out, and a layer that is left out is not charged.

Pricing

Lifetime Saju costs ₩100 per call for all topics (excl. VAT; ₩110 incl. VAT) and ₩20 per call for one topic (excl. VAT; ₩22 incl. VAT). The zodiac and Zi Wei Dou Shu layers add ₩20 (excl. VAT; ₩22 incl. VAT) for each layer that actually returns paragraphs. Only successful calls are deducted from prepaid credits; 4xx and 5xx error responses are not charged.

Store a result once you have it, and reuse it. Sending the same request again is charged again. The same birth date and time with the same options always gives the same result, so save the first response in your database (for example, keyed by a hash of the request body) and use the saved value from then on at no cost. For results that change by date, such as a daily fortune, include the date in the key and reuse the result for that day only.
