Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
That's because the registration fee is paid to the registry right away (except when a domain is registered wrongly through our fault). Please double-check the spelling before you buy.
After you pick an address
- Sign up or sign in to the console. The address you picked is already filled in on the Domains screen.
- Buy it with credits. You confirm the live price once more and type the name yourself before the purchase goes through.
- Connect it to your app. A domain bought on HRUM can be attached to your RIDM Apps app with no connection fee.
Already have a domain elsewhere?
Domains at other registrars such as Gabia, Whois or GoDaddy can be transferred to HRUM and connected to your app.
Prove the domain is yours with a verification TXT record, change the name servers, then enter the auth code from your current registrar. DNS records are moved first so your site and email keep working.
